if you want to restrict the logon rights, because it wants to maintain privacy, or there is a secret document in the office that not everyone may know, you can try the tips below:
1. open Run -> type Regedit
2. then click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Network/Logon
3. You can create a sub key “Logon” if it does not appear, then go to “Network”, right click on the panel tell Regedit.
4. Select New -> Key -> give the name “Log” (without quotes) -> press Enter
5. Then add or modify a DWORD value and content “MustBeValidated” (without the quotes).
6. Double click DWORD value, and in the box that read “Decimal” and enter the number 1.
7. Click the “Start” -> Shut down (use Log Off Your Name) -> then log on again with a different user, and you’ll notice that the Cancel button has disappeared.
